Steven Daniel Carlisle is an artist from Marble Hill, Georgia. His photographs document the South and his journeys traversing Interstate 75 and Highway 41 to Florida and back to Georgia. His work is in many permanent collections, including The Museum of Fine Arts in St. Petersburg, Florida. 

Steve is a master printmaker and has collaborated with many world class artists from all over the world. As a staff member of USF’s Graphicstudio in Tampa, FL, he helped create artist’s books, photogravures, lithographs, block prints, even fine art billboards. Those works of art are in the Museum of Modern Art (Moma), National Gallery of Art and New York Public Library. Steve lives in Big Canoe, GA and is represented by Thunderbird Editions, Ltd. In Marble Hill, Georgia.
